I wrote him some backstory:

"You have gone too far," screamed High Wizard Skalmy Frochiginard. "You cannot think to control the forces you are marshalling."
"Careful of your tone, wizard," said Lord Broustin Kwingerton. "Some would call the words you speak treason."
The wizard sucked in his breath sharply. It was his greatest fear that his criticism of his liege lord might go too far and be construed as more than being the devil's advocate. Still, if there was one topic where Frociginard would stand his ground, this would be it.
"Sire, I would go to the ends of the earth and face the spears of a thousand ravenous Voloid cannibals by your command," Frochiginard said, "but what you are attempting is more than blasphemy. It brings the entire existence of your holdings into peril."
"And what if the lord of the land falters in the face of adversity!" Kingerton said, raising his voice now. "Who will marshal the free knights to come to the defense of the peasants if I am weak and doughy?" The lord took a swig from his flagon of ale. "I might as well put myself on a plate with some salt and pepper for the Voloids supper."
"At least give me some time to research alternatives," said Frochiginard. "There are other spells that can get the same effects you desire."
"Enough!" said Kingerton. "I grow weary of your prattle, wizard. Cast the spell now or face the hangman's noose."
Frochinigard paused for a moment to consider his options. He gladly would die if it would keep the lordship from having him tap into the Chaos Lands to unleash the artifact he so desired, but he knew that long after he went to the gallows, his lord would find another high wizard with less talent and less scruples. There was nothing to it but to obey.
"Stand back milord," Frochinigard said, and he raised his hands above his hands and began to chant a language that sounded unnatural on his tongue, because it had never been spoken aloud before by free men.
Instantly, the chamber filled with a howling gale. Kingerton's flagon spilled off of the armrest f his chair and rolled into the middle of the chamber, the liquid rippling in the harsh wind, seeming almost to expand. The expansion was more than illusion however, it was growing more numerous.
It rose into the air forming a liquid sphere, undulating with odd and disturbing patterns. Kingerton thought he saw a face at one moment in the translucent surface, but it was only for a moment, and he scolded himself for giving in to superstition.
Frochinigard furrowed his brow as beads of sweat began to break out along his cheeks. Now was the crucial moment. He had summoned chaos into the liquid and now he had to harness and contain its power. The veins on his hands pulsed outward as he intoned his chanting higher and louder.
The surface of the liquid turned jet black, and the sphere very suddenly descended, rapidly taking a shape as it did so. It looked not unlike when someone throws a drop cloth over a statue, except the shape was not of anything human eyes had ever seen before. It was odd and unnatural with sharp edges protruding in places they did not belong. At the top was a pedestal with odd arcane runs appearing on its surface. The support of the pedestal ran down into a base that contained odd steps that began and ended in places it should not. It was a horrific artifact not of this world.
Frochinigard lowered his arms and gave a sigh.
"The spell was successful, milord," he said. "I give you a Stairmaster Exercising Device."
"Good," said Lord Kingerton as he put on the royal sweatband. "Now to get in some wicked cardio."
He finished lacing up his tennis shoes and walked across the hall to the device and stepped on. The unholy machine whirred to life immedietly, the steps moving downard and disappearing as new ones were generated straight from the ether at the top. Kingerton strode across the steps at a lively place. He was a robust man in the prime of his life and able to match the abomination step for step.
But the machine continued to whir faster, and soon Kingerton was drenched in sweat and panting heavily.
"Frochingard!" he yelled. "Make it stop."
The wizard shook his head sadly. He had warned the lord about the folly of the device. There was nothing he could do now but watch and clean up the aftermath.
Lord Kingerton finally slipped, and with a gut-wrenching crunch, a chasm opened where the stairs were disappearing and swallowed Kingerton whole.
Frochinigard regarded the device that ate his liege cooly. He had to prevent anyone else from dieing in such a fashion. Finally, he came up with an idea. He would seal the device in mortal form. There might be some unpredictable side effects, but everyone would be safe from the eldritch power of the Stairmaster.
Once again, he began to chant, and vermillion storm clouds began to surround the device. Black lightning arced across the surface as it attempted to resit the wizard, but Frochingard was the one who brought the device into the world, and he knew if he made the same ultimate sacrifice Kingerton did, he could take it out again.
Finally, the spell was complete, and Frochinigard collapsed, the life ebbing from his eyes.
Sitting at the epicenter, where the machine once had been, was a beautiful-looking boy wearing nothing but denim and pure pink hair.
It took the glasses off of its face and regarded its dead creator with cool eyes.
"Gotta hell," it said.

Okay I was thinking Starmaster would wear simalar colors to this guy Star Man from Megaman.

Maybe She'd also have bracers/bracelets with stars on them (this idea came before referencing Starman, just happened to think of the same thing.) Or the bracelets could change with the bracelets she equips (bracelets will be her main weapon since she is a magic user).

Also she has to be a blonde wearing pony tail.

Since Stair doesn't seem to have much to add I've been thinking of Starmaster's powers.

Weapon

Like I said in my last post Star is gonna equip bracers/gauntlets and bracelets/bangles. Both weapons types allow Star to launch a physical attack by shooting the emblem on her bracer/let, but the bracelets will enhances her power stat (magic) and power points (and therefore have lower attack), while the bracers will increase her attack and defense.

Walk On Block

Most of these attacks will be defensive attacks and support because of Walk on Block's forum position.

Defense Break: Lowers a targets physical defense for a good period of time.
Margin Break: Lowers a targets power defense for a good period of time.
Break Repulse: Removes any defensive status from a target.
Break Resist: Randomly lowers resistance against damage type (heat, cold, slash, blunt, etc.)
Aegis Break: Randomly lowers resistance against element type (fire, ice, gravity, energy, etc.)
Reaming Shot: A piercing attack that ignores a target's power defense.
Inner Warmth: Star doubles the amount of hp and energy idly restored to herself for a few turns.
Radiant Warmth: Star doubles the amount of hp and energy idly restored to the party for a few turns.
Obviation: Purges one target of negative status

Star Magic

I don't have any ideas as to what her offensive spells would work, stars is a bit to broad of a basis for me to think about attacks for now. But I guess all her moves should all be offensive and light, energy, and/or fire based.

Hey, Khrene.

PK... STARSTOOOOORM!!!

You shouldn't name it that exactly, but... I hope I gave you an idea, at least. In the actual Mother/Earthbound games PSI Starstorm was an attack that dealt massive damage to all enemies. It was still weaker than PK Rockin'/Love though, but it was quite a bit more efficient and practical. (The last and most powerful form of PK/PSI rockin/ love' cost 98/50 PP respectively while PSI Starstorm cost 42/48 PP.)

Here are some pages from the wiki, if you want to know more.

It should probably be an end of game ability since it's so powerful.

It's funny that you say that, 'cause CT has put more valid input with this one post about the RPG than you ever have. :falconeawesome: These issues you have with CT, you should really keep them to yourself, unless your main goal is to try to make the forum have a negative environment. :falcone^^:

Keep it up and I might ban you. :falconeB-):

because srol won't take it and clearly we need some sort of freezing attack that doesn't use ice because ice is weak and cold like a not warm.

If we use Za Warudo for anything I'll forbid you from using my name and image in the game. Same goes for Stair being anything other than a lady.
