Someone at Sonic Retro mentioned the movie as a joke in a "think of new zone ideas" thread, but didn't use Green Hill. What is this movie about anyway?

Uhh... most of the states I would consider to be "deep south" don't touch Mexico. I would say deep south is George, Alabama, Missisippi, Louisiana, MAYBE Florida and South Carolina.
As for me, New Mexico is a big state, and I live on its northern border. I'm at a farther north latitude than Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and the entire state of Texas.
