When it comes to stuff like this I am not good at it. I would be blindly winging it if you will. One false move and I would be doing more harm than good. I figured someone here would know more about it. Right now I am tired though. They both say that the trojans are a severe threat, dangerous, and that I should "remove the software immediately." This thing or whatever downloaded itself, ON A GUEST ACCOUNT, and kept trying to install itself again and again to the point EVERYTHING pretty much stopped working. Then it pretended to be the default recovery program, saying it needed $80 for the full version. Only by a MIRACLE on my part did I get things "under control" again. However, the trojans are still there. Any advice?
