You don't have to wipe your whole computer like a maniac, you can install Windows over your previous installation and keep everything else. The virus will be removed from your Windows folder (because the Windows folder will also be removed) and your MLP slash fics will remain safe. |

that seems sacrilegious to install windows on a mac computer. I'm also sure steve jobs has a self-destruct function hardcoded to be triggered by that. |

I used to have an idea when we were going to wipe everything, but now I don't. I got a "I'm too busy right now, so sorry" on the first possible day. So I guess I try to reach him again? |

No see we were supposed to do it monday when he got back from vacation. If not that, it was for sure going to be wednesday. I didn't even hear from him on wednesday. Now it is thursday night. |

GT, forget about getting any kind of help from him and get the laptop back from him. As him to lend you the disk and get the laptop back. Does your laptop's manufacturer send repair disks on request otherwise? Stop letting these assholes do this to you |

I have good news. I got my laptop back. He brought it over. However he forgot to bring the charger. When I told him "I don't have the charger" he thought I meant "I do have the charger." So I am going to wait for him to bring the charger back. Otherwise I could have the laptop up for a few hours but then it will be dead. So there's that. |
