Well, here's the new plan. There will now be Cycling Forums, and each section will be owned by one member. The designated Cycle forum will be changed every month two weeks and chosen at random. Until all forums have been selected, no forum will repeat. Only one of these forums will be available for posting at a time. If nobody has claimed a section, I will just be in charge of it (as well as Khrene and Instant but those guys don't do anything anyways). Being in charge of it means you can interpret the description, create rules for the section, manage posts, choose the theme and forum description, and decide posting rights. Here are the Cycling Forums: Italichaos This was formerly known as Oblique Forum. This section is moderated by all members, and will be owned by Kiorein. Italitopics This was formerly known as Wildcard Forum. This section is meant to only discuss the current forum's topic. The person in charge of this section can freely change the topic to whatever they want whenever they want. (Send me a PM to change it) The first topic will be "Vegetables". Currently unclaimed. Italiquestions This section is for the posting of questions, Q&A topics, and etc. Currently claimed by Stairmaster. Italictainment Discuss media and other entertaining things. Currently claimed by Khrene, (as declared by Khrene.) Italishare Share and discuss content from other sites. Currently claimed by GT. Italidreams Discuss dreams! Currently unclaimed. Italirants Post rants about things! Currently claimed by Pregga. Italiconflict Start fights with people! Currently unclaimed. Italicompliments Say nice things about things. Currently unclaimed. Italireviews Post "professional" reviews of things here. Currently claimed by Swanson. ANYTHING ELSE Open to suggestions! Also, sections here can be removed because some of them obviously suck! Claiming You can claim one section. To claim, post that you're claiming a section. If the section is unclaimed, it's yours. Otherwise, there will be a 50% chance of you getting the section (as decided by a random number generator). You can only attempt each section once each cycle. The cycle restarts once every section has been called. You can relinquish your section any time and attempt to claim another. Sections can only be taken away during the first week of the cycle. Generating a lot of posts in your section can help you steal sections in future cycles, more details on that later. So claim your stuff. Edited by Khrene, Apr 4 2012, 08:22 PM.

Actually, for the first cycle let's make it 1 Week so that we can introduce the system more quickly.

Make any moderation you'd like, such as making sticky topics or changes, and the first cycle will begin on March 1st. You can post freely in the sections until then. Also, what do you think: Italireviews -> Italicritics; Italicritique? And any other name changes?

I'm not sure exactly how you want it, it seems that image will need some sprucing up / replacing unless you want it to tile, and it doesn't really tile that well.
